A few things that have been on my mind. . . .

I HATE people who don't give their card numbers in sets of four. . . anybody with half a brain and two eyes(or even one eye) can see the number is broken up into four sets of four numbers. . . Every single Mastercard, Visa, and Discover all have 4 sets of 4 numbers. (screw amex, they're all messed up) WHY would you not read it off in sets of four? I'll tell you why, because you are a reeeetard. yes retard, can you say retard? yeeeess retard.

Another thing bothering me lately, the company I work for is in the process of outsourcing every single job they can to a place located in. . . yep you guessed it INDIA!! I've sat here in my little cubicle over the past few months and watched as our customer service, new accounts, collections, IT, and Quality Assurance Departments slowly dwindle down to nothing. Watching dedicated workers, people who have been here for ten plus years lose their jobs to some ass wipe in India that can barely understand english. Now I hear from my supervisor that the "business has asked him to prepare to travel to India" so that he can train those brainless bastards to screw up OUR jobs. Not only is it one of my BIGGEST pet peeves ever as a consumer, to deal with it in the work environment is ten times more frustrating. I am expected to sit here and take completely pointless calls from these "customer service reps" regarding completely asinine situations. It's the shittiest thing KNOWING that you WILL eventually lose your job to one of these people, and ON TOP OF THAT you are expected to fix their screw ups and deal with the mountains of EXTRA work that these people create until the company replaces you with one of them. When it first started happening we were told by our managers here in the fraud department that it was "unlikely that there would be any department that would remain untouched by this change" But of course they made it sound like it would some how benefit us. (I know i'm not the only one who walked away from that meeting thinking these reps would be taking calls for us and that's it) Of course they would never be completely honest with us and tell us exactly what was going on. They started moving people around in an effort to save their jobs, hiring temporary employees and trying to structure everything in a way that would make every decision black or white. All the while they are still telling us that they currently have no plans to outsource fraud to india. As if we were completely blind, as if we couldn't tell exactly what they were doing. Everyone knew what was happening, everyone knew that our managers were not being honest with us. Now we're hearing things like "In these times we must be nimble and adaptive. You will be hearing more about this reorganization in the coming weeks." I keep losing my train of thought on this one because I (as I type) am being interrupted with phone calls from India. . . I have a job interview with another bank this afternoon, I hope I can get out of here before they lay me off. It's like I'm trying to find a life raft on a ship that's sinking

. . . Anyways. . .in other news. . .

We got a new puppy! She's a Daschund and she looks just like baxter.

Her name is Baylee, she makes Bax look like a GIANT!

Oh ya I dyed my hair brown it's totally weird, I'll show a picture of it later when I upload some more pictures. Kortney took pictures of all the kids in my family and they turned out very nice. . . More to come.
