Christmas went pretty good. . . except for the part where we sat in the ER for about 5 hours. Chance was having issues with his intestines again. They did x-rays, CT scans, IV's and eventually sent us home. Thank god we were double covered on our insurance (at that time) But they ran all the tests told us what it was and gave us the option the doctor said normally they would admit someone with ailment but said all they would really do is give him pain meds and not let him eat anything but clear liquid until the blockage resolved itself. I told the doc that we could just do that at home so he wrote a perscription for some pain pills and anti nausea pills and sent us on our way with strict instructions for chance to only drink clear liquids for a few days. Luckily I took time off work for christmas and was able to stay home and take care of him. Definitely not the most fun of my christmases but could have been a lot worse.
Anyways, Chance gave me an ipod touch for christmas and I freaking love that little thing. It's seriously the coolest gift i've ever received! it will connect to the internet so you can get on myspace, facebook, gmail. . . anything you can imagine. . . well except for blogger, i've tried a few times and it won't let me type in the right space I can only type in the subject line. . .But I got all my music on there and I've got a few movies on there. It's very awesome! I got chance some shoes, a hat, some clothes, a beer bong, and at the last second when my other present plan fell thru (stupid cabela's) I went and bought him a revolver. . . he loved it I was so happy!
