How I'll Be Spending My Summer

My feet have been getting pretty swollen these days (not uncommon, also not enjoyable)

I have found something that makes them feel better. I can't say that it actually does anything to help the swelling, but man does it feel nice.

FROZEN PEAS!!! Oh man, it's almost like they were heaven sent.

I had to get the belly in there so you can see exactly what I'll be seeing for the rest of the summer. Or possibly for the next 15 weeks!

Speaking of "the belly" it's getting bigger too (surprising, I know)

We've also started to think of ideas for decorating the nursery. We ordered the crib bedding and it arrived last Thursday. I really liked the shade of pink on a few of the pieces so I decided yesterday to see if Lowe's could match some paint to that shade of pink. WELL despite what their commercials lead you to believe, I was told they are not able to "paint match" from a fabric. The older gentlmen (who just got done eating something with peanuts in it, I could smell his breath, ick) at the paint desk very abruptly told me that the machine wouldn't read fabric. SO I took my fabric to Home Depot and they paint matched it no problem. Just to be safe I only got a little tiny can of the color so I could put a little on the wall and see how it turned out. . .

That was before it dried. Once it dried it got pretty dark. A little too dark to paint the entire room. So we'll have to find a different shade of pink. I'm just glad we've actually started to work on her room! Very exciting!!!
